"I had my breasts uplifted in October 2007. It was so easy to make the arrangements. I was not 100% about having the surgery done but I had booked for my sister to have a tummy tuck so went along with her to the consultation. Before going to Dr Benito I tried a top and highly public surgeon in the UK. He was late for the appointment and I felt hurried along during the interview. He insisted I could not have an uplift without implants as it would not work. Dr Benito said no such thing. I had plenty of breast tissue to play around with. I liked Dr Benito instantly. He insitlls confidence in the patient and has a super caring manner with a nice sense of humor..rare for a surgeon! I knew also that Dr Benito is a perfectionist. I also felt that the care in a spanish hospital is so much better than in the UK. On the day of the surgery I was taken to my lovely room and given a valium to relax me. So civilised! The whole procedure was professional and all the staff in the hospital were so helpful, caring and friendly. I am 100% happy with my breasts. The scars are so neat and almost none existent now. I have the pert breasts I had before my children with no implants in them. Amazing. I believe it is very difficult for a surgeon to achieve such outstanding results without the use of silicone. My sister is also 100% happy with her tummy tuck. She saw a doctor back in the UK and he said he had never seen such a neat scar. Now she is running marathons with no need to wear support nickers! My follow up appointments with Dr Benito went well and I always felt there was somebody available to talk to if I had any concerns or questions. I found Aida to be so helpful before, during and afterwards. If you need to ask a question you get the answer and they do not feel you are crazy if you are worrying; it is considered normal. If I ever decide to have further plastic surgery (thinking face lift at 50 - Dr Benito has won awards for this) I would not go anywhere else. If your thinking about having something changed that your not happy with then my advice is GO FOR IT. Having the right surgeon and care is the most important part. If you choose Dr Benito then you know your body is in the best hands. I cannot tell you the boost it gave me having this operation. I went on to lose all my excess pregnancy weight and I can flit around in sexy bras again. Plus when I ride my horse they are not bouncing around all over the place."

my experience with Antiaging Group Barcelona Date: 10 September 2008
"Hello,

I live in Dusseldorf and traveled to Barcelona to visit Dr. Benito Ruiz. He was the first surgeon who I visited. He gave me so much confidence that I decided to be operated by him. That same day we put a date for the operation and I cancelled the rest of the visits to other surgeons. My operation was a breasts lift and augmentation in the Institut Universitari Dexeus with Dr Benito and his team.
The operation was a success and recovery is being excellent.
I recommend Jesus Benito Ruiz and his team, they are true professionals."

"My husband and I visited a number of cosmetic surgeons before we met Dr Benito. He was the first one in whom we had real confidence and he prepared me very well for the operation - in every way. In Barcelona last summer everything at Institut Universitari Dexeus went according to plan and the operation and post-operative recuperation were completely successful.
