"Wow !!! What can I say. After 20 years I finally took the plunge. In May of this year I had a breast augmentation with Dr Nasir. I went to the day surgical at Imperial Medical centre. I could not praise GG, Dr Nasir, all staff at both GG and the med centre enough. My fiance and I stayed at The Maytower Hotel, the suite was amazing. My daughter had an augmentation here in Perth 2 months earlier- her cost $12,500. Our cost for surgery, hotel, incredible after care, flights, (we flew air asia, would highly recommend) and spending money was around $8000. We spent a few days at Malacca before the surgery as well !!! It was a great holiday, I felt fantastic the day following surgery and was off exploring on the sky train, shopping in china town and all the other great stuff Malaysia has to offer. I am definately going back, maybe a thread lift ??? :) Cheers, hope this helped someone. x"

"A friend and i both wanted to get away for a holiday and we had been talking about getting a breast augmentation for a while, i had already had one in australia and it was expensive and the surgeon didnt put in the implants i had asked for.
a friend suggested thailand but she had a few problems with her surgery aftercare so i didnt really want either of us going to where she recomended.
i did some internet research and found georgeous getaways. it seemed like a good idea so i put in an enquiery, the price it came up with was an excelent one, even after flights and acomodation it was cheaper than surgery in australia would cost me. i told my friend about them and she agreed that it would be an excelent idea.
Im so glad we chose Georgeous getaways for our surgery, we were both looked after very well, my friend had her surgery before me with a diffrent doctor and she was super happy with him, my surgery was held back because there was an issue getting the right implants for my augmentation. it just made me even happier because the surgeon knew what i wanted and wasnt going to do the same thing where they put an implant i wasnt going to be happy with in.
the aftercare was wonderfull, we had a nurse come over every day to make sure it was all healing as it should, she made sure we had enough cleaning stuff to take care of the wounds when we returned home and also asked if we had questions or if we had problems with anything, gave us a massage and explained how to get to some really good shopping locations!
the only reason i didnt give value for money 5 stars is because when i booked my flights the dollar dropped and the costs of everything went up. it was still great value, but not as amazing as when i first booked everything.
i cant think of anything else i want done to myself but if i ever need anything i wont hesitate to call georgeou getaways"

"After extensive research I settled with Gorgeous Getaways (GG) and extremely happy that I did. Once I knew what I wanted, all I had to do was book my airfare. GG took care of all the rest - acommadation, doctors and hospital bookings, free transport from and to the KL Airport, plus all other medical related transport and tours and dinners with the group. I was extremely happy with Dr Jalil (and that says a lot from a nurse), the lovely hospital and all the staff. I was looked after post-op in my hotel suite very professionally. I stayed a whole month and had two hospital bookings due to the multiple procedures I underwent. I had liposuction to tummy, thighs, hips and buttocks plus a breast reduction and lift and a complete face lift. Now that's what I call a complete 'body overhaul' and boy am I overjoyed with the results. So if you are planning cosmetic surgery for 1/5 of the price you'd pay in Australia and have a holiday, then you can't go past booking with GG!"

"One year ago today 18th September 2008, I had a tummy tuck and liposuction to thighs and buttocks at the Ampung Pateri hospital in KL. My wonderful, caring surgeon was Dr Jalil. He did an absolutely wonderful job on me. Im 61, a mum of 7 and a grandmother to 13 [14 in December]. I had tried every diet known and diet pills but couldnt get rid of my "baby pouch" Id booked to have the surgery here in Australia but wasnt exactly encouraged by the Dr that Id seen and was a bit hesitant whether to go ahead or not. My husband saw a programme on national TV and called me to watch and the decision was made there and then to go with G.G. and to get Dr Jalil if possible. That night I got onto the G.G. site and made enquiries and was pleasantly surprised at the cost of the treatment and accomodation[a LOT less than I was quoted here in Australia] From the moment we arrived in KL we were treated like royalty. Met at the airport and taken to Lanson Apartments.The G.G.girls were wonderful and organised and took me and my husband to all my appointments.After the operation I was visited every day by a G.G nurse to monitor my progress and do any dressings to my wounds,{She never needed to do anything actually as we are both trained and registered nurses, so my husband was my Nurse and he did everything for me.] But the girls were wonderful and we enjoyed seeing them as they were very caring. I would recommend anyone who wants to look good and needs a cosmetic procedure to visit the G.G. site and see the wonderful results and then make plans for their own procedures. They wont regret it. I love my look now and so do all my family and friends. I feel and look younger and if I had the money would be back over there to have a face lift done."

Pros: i am totally for this process with g getaways, there was never a moments concern and i felt safe. Cons: just a hiccup at the hospital when i was expected, by the admin staff of sunway to check out earlier, than had been arranged when i was admitted.
"I traveled to KL on my own and was there for the two weeks stay on my own too. It was absolutely not a worry for me as the team at Gorgeous Getaways are so helpful, friendly and efficient. I trusted them and they delivered. It was stress free due to the whole delivery of services running like a well oiled cog. The staff were always cheerful but also compassionate when necessary. Lennie, Jasmine, Endung, Nor, Little Richard, Louise, Lim - all just genuinely warm and caring people. Dr Tan was easy to communicate with and he was honest and took the time to listen. The experience was successful for me in every way. Many thanks."

"I had a full facial and a tummy tuck and could not be more pleased. 6 months on and I feel wonderful. I have had so many comments on the way I now look I could not be more pleased. My surgeon Dr Jalil was amazing, I could not have wished for a more compasionate and caring person for my surgery.The hospital staff were excellent and so very kind, nothing was too much trouble to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The Georgeous Gettaway staff on hand at the hotel were marvelous and I appreciate everything that they did for me. I could not have been better looked after if they had been familly. I would recommend any of my familly or friends to have surgery with Georgeous Getaways. Thank you so very much for the change in the way I feel about myself."

"Gorgeous Getaways come highly recommended by myself and my family. I had my surgery in March 2009 and I was looked after by the staff of GG from the time i contacted them and beyond. I travelled by myself and was chauffered just about everywhere. The hospital, it's staff and surgeons are faultless. The quality of care i received was amazing. And the hotel....WOW. It is breath taking. Although i travelled by myself i felt very much that i was with friends and was very much spoiled with the level of care, treatment and friendship received. "What a fabulous company. Of course like most of us travelling overseas for this type of Surgery all my friends and family were concerned about the overseas fears. Is it clean? is it hygeinic? is the care ok...Well I was blown away by the world class health care facility I went to. I am a nurse in Australia and all I can say is..We need to take a page from their book. The nursung care was brilliant and the surgery was no problem. The staff from G.G were like my friends and they were always interested in how I was feeling and if they could do anything for me. I will be returning in a few years for more.."

""I used Gorgeous Getaways in July 2007 and from the company to the doctors and hospitals and nursing staff I cannot fault a single thing!” Plastic surgery was something I had dreamed of for a long time and was looking forward to going. I traveled on my own and was absolutely fine! I actually felt like a VIP from when I first arrived at the airport with a driver from GG holding a sign with my name on it until I had to leave. Once you get there you are so well looked after by the GG ladies they are the best, they organize everything appointments, transport to and from & outings if you want to see something. There is also a weekly get together with other patients I found it great to be with others in a similar situation. I chose to stay at the Lanson Apartments in Malaysia and I was not disappointed, it was beautiful. My surgeon, Dr Victor, was friendly and approachable; he was also realistic in what the outcome would be. Everything went perfectly the outcome medically has been fantastic, I am so happy with the results! To sum up, Louise and the girls are just great, taking us out and just being there, so personal. When I will want to go back for future touch up surgery I will defiantly use GG again and I would recommend Gorgeous Getaways to anyone, for a well organized, professional surgery/holiday."

"Although I had my surgery with Gorgeous Getaways four years ago, I am still delighted with the wonderful results the surgeon achieved. I had a face lift and tummy tuck and both procedures are still looking great. I have nice memories of constant support from G.G. staff, the top class surgeon and well appointed hospital. Everything went as planned and I was winging my way home a new women after just 21 days. As I went to Malaysia alone I really appreciated the personal care and reassurance everyone at G.G.extended to me, I had the opportunity to play tourist and visit some outstanding places and all for about a third of the price of surgery at home. I have recommended Gorgeous Getaways to many of my friends and family and will continue to do so."

"What an excellent experience Gorgeous Getaways provided for me and my mother. We travelled to Malaysia with much anticpation and fear only to be welcomed at the airport by our personal GG driver. After being whisked off safely to our serviced apartment we were greeted by our personal GG liason, a basket of fruit and a kaftan for the post surgery recovery. Lovely from the word GG, I mean GO. We were well informed about our treatments and were gently guided through the process. After care was wonderful with our personal nurse to visit and the counsellor to call. Couldn't ask for anything more."

THE STAFF AT GG WERE MY FAMILY AWAY FROM HOME AND DID MORE FOR ME AND MY PARTNER IN EVERY SENSE THAT WE WERE BOTH SO OVERWHELMED WITH GRATTITUDE THAT I AM GOING BACK FOR ANOTHER 2 MORE SURGERY'S NEXT YEAR WITH MY SISTER WHO IS HAVING THE COMPLETE PACKAGE AS WELL. "I had my surgery in Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur last year, I had the Zap the Fat Package which is pretty much Liposuction everywhere on my lower half. I am now wearing size 10 pants which before I could not pull-over my thighs and the results keep getting better which is simply fantastic!!. I found the Gorgeous Getaways experience a great one and the outcome for me personally has been life changing. After having gone through the decision making process myself to have cosmetic surgery performed overseas I can assure you that I am 100% satisfied with the results and services that Gorgeous Getaways offers."

"Choosing GG was the one of the best decision I ve ever made! The surgeon was excellent, the hospital was of the same high standard as private ones in the uk. The hotel was 5 star. After surgery we spent the time relaxing and enjoying our holiday in Kular Lumpar The GG team are there daily for you,from transport to care nothing is too much trouble for them. I was so delighted I returned later that year with my husband for more surgery !. We both been complimented how much younger we look. Money well spent!"

"Gergeous Getaway experience was truly amazing... offering only the best surgeons, staff, hospitals, treatment and support". The staff being friendly, loving and extremely caring and helpful to their patients - "us". The Doctor I had for my surgery procedures was absolutely fantastic: not only knowledgable, also has "respectable bedside-manners". The hospital - above 5 star, for meals and accomodation. By the way, I am not a Doctor person, my cosmetic procedures are the first surgery experience EVER. And let me tell you, "I would NEVER change this experience....
