"I travelled to Poland in February for a consultaion and to have some minor work done. I was very impressed with the work they done and how easy it was to arrange and how very helpful everyone was. I am an ordinary workingman and before I was going to go back and spend any large sums of money on my teeth I wanted to be sure the work they had done was of a good standard, so I went to a specialist here in Ireland. He took some x-ray's and examined me, his exact words were " the work you have had done is top class" His words not mine. So I would say to anyone out there who is thinking of getting their teeth treated come to Indexmedica the treatment is top class the staff are excellent the surgery is state of the art and they will arrange everything for you, it is so easy. The city is beautiful the food and drink are very cheap and the consultations are free so you have nothing to lose, I am very glad I came and so is my wife we both had treatment and cant praise it enough"

"I found all the staff at Index Medica excellent, right from the initial email enquiry with Jadwiga Szopa I was made to feel comfortable with travelling to Poland for my dental work, I had help in finding good accommodation, I was picked up at the airport and taken to my accommodation, right though the week long process I was kept informed at every step of the procedure which was to have 6 implants fitted, I am looking forward to returning later this year to have the remainder of the work completed, Special thanks to the 2 Dental surgeons that treated me, Krzysztof Gonczowski and Marian Inglot"

"My tale starts with the falling-out of a front crown. A visit to my NHS dentist confirmed that the root had fractured and the answer was a denture. No way! Internet research narrowed my choice but I'm so happy that I chose Index Medica. The satelite clinic in Wakefield made me confident that should any problems arise, then advice wouldn't be that far away. Of course there have been no problems at all. The initial consultation in Wakefield showed other areas of concern not detected by my local dentist. My treatment was completed in two stages both pre-planned. The professionalism and individual care and attention given by all members of staff and the great end results are deserving of praise. I asked that additional treatments be added to my plan - name the treatment and I've had it done! Most treatments were medical necessities but some were cosmetic. I've had a lot of work done so the price tag wasn't cheap but worth every penny! I certainly wouldn't have considered having any of this done in the UK. I've had a total make-over and can now smile with confidence. I'd be quite happy to talk to anyone who may have any reservations about visiting Krakow. What a wonderful place to go to in order to visit the dentist."

"This summer I went to Indexmedica for treatment off my theeth. It was a verry pleasant expirience although I had to let do all my theeth. Pleasant because everything went like we had plannend on beforehand, no suprises. The people off the staff, reception, medical assistents and doctors were friendly and always helpfull. It s a verry proffesional clinic. I nearly expirienced no pain although there was lot of work to be done. On beforehand I had searched for manny dental clinics; Turkey, Hongaria, Tunesie,... and I am glad I choose Krakow Indexmedica. I have no regrets off my dession. I can laugh again without anny embaresmend. People at home called it " extreme makeover" and it really is. Not only the treatment was proffesional but also my stay there during the treatments. They offered me an appartment free during the stay but I like more camping and this was no problem. They arranged my stay at camping Cleopardia. I made off my stay here also my vacation, went to visit Auswitch, Zakopane, Saltmines and ofcourse lovely Krakow. The total time off my treatment was 20 days for total remake off upper and lower jaw. Because the payed my stay I saved also a holliday on top off the big price difference with Belgium. Now some weeks later I am stiil more pleased because off all the positive comments I get. "I am an Australian who has been living in the UK for five years. I have always been a bit shocked at how expensive dental work is in the UK, and I have rarely been impressed with the treatments I received, especially when compared to the treatment I received back in Australia.
But I have found a solution - IndexMedica in Krakow, Poland. I had a root canal, two crowns and a tooth implant as treatment over some six months. The total cost was a little over £3000, I would have easily paid 2 to 2.5x that in the UK. The service was excellent, the dental staff highly compotent and the clinic facilities were the best I have ever seen.
The staff are polite and courteous, and every step of each procedure was explained to me.
My treatment concluded in July 2009. Since arriving back in London I have cancelled my UK Dental Insurance because I will get my teeth done at IndexMedica for as long as I continue to live in the UK.

"I went out to Poland for 2 new re-root canals, 2 new front crowns and teeth whitening.
The whole booking process was completed via e-mail with their clinic manager who provided excellent communications and even arranged free airport transfer to my accommodation (which I booked externally).
On the Monday morning I was greated by friendly staff offering cups of tea/coffe/water and was seen exactly ontime by my allocated dentist (Dr Gończowski) who explained every option of treatment and the associated pros/cons and costings.
During the inital diagnosis it appeared that I had an infected cyst which was confirmed during the re-root canal work. This required 3 hours of surgury to remove and repair the damaged bone and was completed the next day.
Obviously this wasn't what I was expecting to have done but Dr Gończowski explained every step of it and the day after the surgury gave me a free checkup and explained on a whiteboard exactly everything that was done.
Before leaving to come home he wanted to see me again for another checked which was done for free.
The surgery is spotless and very modern. All the instruments used were sealed and opened when used. As part of the treament they gave me a free mobile phone for my stay which made me feel very secure in that if I was in pain (or lost in Poland) I could call them for help.
They have also prepared a full medical report for me to bring home outlining all of the medical procedures performed, the medication both used during and prescribed to me after the treatment.
Once the Cyst has been analysed they are going to e-mail me the original Polish results and also a translated copy.
Well i've written loads, basically I couldn't fault the customer service, quality of treatment and information given to me. I'm so happy i'm back in 6 months to continue my treatment"
