The decision to have a plastic surgery especially to have it abroad is huge and require confidence in yourself and the company/surgeon
what you have chosen. I have to tell I don't regret my decision for even a minutes. I have lost a lot of waight over the past few
years and to complete and enjoy my new body I decided to undergo for these procedures. I spot the New Look Holiday company on the web
during my research. I found the website really detailed and stunning - provide all the information with explanations and prices. I
have contacted via e-mail with the company and Gabriela one of the patient co-ordinator got back to me. She answered all of my
questions and she was really kind and professional every time while we discuss the details before the surgery. Day before the surgery
Peter the company representative was waiting for me at the airport and lift me to the apartment. The next day early morning (surgery
day) I have met Ivan and at the hospital Dr Turkin. Ivan and Dr Turkin was so kind and professional, during the consultation they
explained and answered all of my questions and we discuss exactly the process and surgeries what I will undergo. I went ahead to the
surgery completely calm and confident thanks for them. I have to mentioned the fantastic nurses and doctors who are look after me
during that 3 days in the hospital after the surgery. They made the hardest part of the recovery much easier. I felt special and every
one of them was so kind and nice to me despite the language differences. The apartment was just lovely and perfect during the recovery
period.... and however I had no chance to discover Kosice too much, the last day I have managed to walk to the center and be inspired by
this power of the city. Overall I cannot be more thankful and happy with the experience and the results! You made my dreams come true,
guys! Thank you... looking forward the final results in few month! ????? Martina

Absolutely amazing car end support very helpful and the type of people who would go the extra mile to make me feel at home and
comfortable. As a first time flyer as well as having my first operation I honestly can't say they could of treated me any better than
they did. If I'd ever want anything done again they would be the first people I'd contact for sure

I could not rate this company higher. From the initial contact with Gabriela, the discussion and then booking of the treatment could
not have gone more smoothly. Gabriela answered my many and varied questions with patience and clarity which was one of the main reasons
I booked with this company. From then I was constantly updated until I arrived. I was assisted throughout my stay by Peter and Ivan
both of whom were kind, considerate and constantly available if needed. Dr Turkin is an absolutely fabulous surgeon. He is very
professional in his work and is a very kind man with a gentle soul who puts his patient at ease immediately. He is incredibly skilled
and I could not be happier with the result of my surgery. I am so impressed with the whole service from start to finish that I am in
the process of arranging further treatment in the New Year. There are no negatives that I can find with the experience whatsoever and
would highly recommend this company.

Can't rate this company enough! From picking me up at the airport and taking me to the really nice apartment to taking me for the blood
test and then to have the operation was just brilliant from start to finish. Everyone was so nice and very helpful and the customer care
provided was amazing and more organisations should take note of how these guys work. Gabriela and Ivan dealt with me mainly and I
couldn't have asked for better people to look after me. Still swelling but i'm sure the oitcomes will be great. Good job guys!

This was a new experience for me so was feeling a little anxious and nervous about my decision to have cosmetic surgery but the quality
of service, expertise, understanding and care I was given couldn't have been better. I can't thank Martina, Peter, Ivan, the hospital
staff and of course De Turkin enough for putting me at ease and doing such a superb job. It is still early days but the improvements
are instantly obvious so I'm confident the end result will be more than I had hoped for. Highly recommended.

You might think having a surgical operation aboard is scary . But from my point of experice and what i went throght it is like a new
look holiday :), it was very promissing. I am a person who has never been to hospial and who has phobia. finally I was convinced to have
it done on the 10th of june. on a day of arrival peter and Ivan whose english was very good picked us up from the airport and took to
our apartment which is opposite the clinic. They are very lovely, helpful and caring. Then I met Dr Turkin ( my surgent ) you will love
him , he is really nice and caring , with magic hands. Took my stress and phobia away. His english is not very well therefore Ivan does
the traslation job, the next day I went to the hospial at 7 am , and did all the blood test . At 11:00 Dr Turkin came and marked my body
( the places I wanted to have the liposuction done and full tummy tuck ) , than they gave me a little tablet which nocked me out, i
dont remember what happened afterwards Until i was awake after 5 hours of surgery . All I was saying to my daughter was has the Dr
started the surgery yet ? I did not feel any pain afterwards what so ever, no pain at all , no discomfoty either. My eyes did not have
any broozing at allll , you could not even tell there was stiches. I was surprised , I thought he hasnt operated my eyes yet. Dr Turking
personality is amazing, he is humble and down to earth who cheers you you up, he has a lot of confident in him and what he does ( I was
in good hands), he makes sure you dont experice any pain. I have to add ,the nurses were very nice and caring too but they did not
speak even a word of english. I could walk a day after my full tummy tuck and liposuction , only a bit of discomfort , the feeling was
like when you go back to the gym. They also took my tummy drains out the next day after the surgery. My tummy stiches are veryyyyy
narrow and little . Over all I am veryyyy veryyyy delighted and pleased . I wish i did this many years ago. For those people who have
phobia to go I would say you should deffinetly go to him( you will not regret it) I am 47 years old with 2 children. Dr turkin made me a
new look mumy ( just like what i wanted ) . The plan is to go back to him again and have a boobs job done :D. Thank you so much Dr Oleg

Having surgery abroad can be a daunting experience for many reasons. An obvious one is, how well will I be able to make myself
understand and get the result that I want... Thankfully Ivan and Peter, the patients coordinators spoke english fluently having lived in
the UK. You are taken care of from the moment you land, literally. The accommodation is basic but spacious and spotless. The
bathrooms, again are large, clean, very well equipped with high spec decoration. It has fluffy quality towels, shower gel and
tissues. My friend and I venture to the city centre, which is a stone through from the apartment complex, before and after my
surgeries. I was amazed by people's reaction to my face post surgery walking around the city. I never felt uncomfortable. Looking like I
did obviously I did attract looks but none were lingering or intimidating more like a quick glance as you would. My surgery was
perform a day later than planed which meant that I went home a day later. Thankfully that was not a problem for me. However when booking
your airplane ticket I would advise you to pay a little more for the extras in case you have to change your flight.It won't cost you the
earth as the ticket itself is cheap. Post surgery whilst staying the night at the clinic you will be fed. Do tell them if you have
food restrictions. I'm vegan and they weren't prepared for it... I got a mixed salad without any dressing... Not great especially after
fasting for 10 hours! My surgeon was amazing. She seemed caring and had a great manner about her. Soft spoken and motherly.When going
to your consultation make sure everyone understands what you want from the surgery and ask questions. Think about it the night before
and even write them down. You might feel overwhelmed or nervous so having then down on paper will help. I didn't and everything went
out of my head once in her office. You will notice that I rated 5 the Outcome of Treatment. It's to soon to actually comment on it as
I had my operation 8 June and today is the 27 Jun... However it looks VERY promising. One of my issue was asymmetrical nostrils, this is
already 100% better therefore a success. For the rest of the nose time will tell as the swelling will go down and the final shape of my
nose will take place in the next few months... I'm already ecstatic about the way my eyes look. Another thing... I did not experience
any pain whatsoever. I was given a box of strong pain killers which I never used. But I didn't have breast enlargement so I can't speak
for that! All the way through Gabriela, your first point of contact has been amazing and available whenever I needed a question
answered or anything else. Everyone at work was excited to see the results, Even hardcore anti plastic surgery clients were very
complimentary. But most of all I work in a part of London which has a high density of medical professions including plastic surgeons
that I would never be able to afford. Some are client and gave their approval on the work done on my face. I hope my long winded
essay will help some of you! Good luck!

I am delighted with the results . The whole experience from finding online consultation to departure back home was very well
executed by New Look Holidays. All of my issues were dealt with caring and efficiently. I would most definitely recommend this
company to people who are looking for inexpensive cosmetic surgery.

This operation changed my life. I could not afford to have if done in the UK and was nervous doing it abroad, but in all honesty I'd do
it all over again. What a positive experience! I can't thank and praise Dr Turkin highly enough for the fantastic job he has done. I
have so many people to thank, most importantly Martina for her outstanding customer service. She made this journey stress free with her
prompt replies to any queries or concerns. I also have to give a special mention to Ivan and Peter and all of the lovely medical staff
I have come in contact with. All very pleasant people. A lot of people advised me against surgery abroad, but I will definitely
choose New Look Holidays in a heartbeat. Needless to say, I recommend you highly and will spread the word amongst colleagues and
