I am having my last treatment in July and all the treatments I have received to date have been excellent the staff are very
professional efficient and also very understanding and helpful knowing I was a little nervous having the treatment and in another
country. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff from the dentists nurses, reception staff and my contact who supported me all
through the treatment.

do not use them I went to their London clinic three times and I met three different dentists and unfortunately had three different
treatment plans! First one: - leave the crown as it is (desptie it came out already twice) - your old implant is moving so you need
to remove it and have a bridge - 3 medium fillings to be done Second doctor: - the crown cant stay and you need an implant - your
old implant is not moving. Only the abutment and it can be fixed back - no comments about fillings the third one: - the dentist was
supposed to do 2 of the fillings but she did only one because she advised that a root canal treatment is necessary! - and a total of 4
fillings are required! the communication with the first one was really poor and it was not possible to ask further explanation given
the low english he had. In all this drama I have to say that the hygienist was good but hey, that's not complicated! Also, London
prices are not so competitive and therefore I cannot see the point to use them.

We do understand your frustration, as you saw a different dentist each time you came to our London surgery. We do not intend to go into details regarding your dental health due to data protection however let us stress that initial consultations, emergency appointments, treatment appointments all have different aims therefore different protocols to follow. Setting up a diagnosis, advising on available options, eliminate pain or carrying out a certain treatment all require different approach. Upon investigating your case we came to the conclusion that all three dentists followed the guidelines required, they had your best interest in heart and gave their best to advise you. Dentistry is not an exact science, dentists opinion may differ. Having a different treatment approach does not necessarily mean that one dentist is right and the other is wrong. I am truly sorry that you left feeling confused and I would like to thank you once again for taking the time to talk to us.

I arrived in Budapest on Wednesday evening to be met with a Vital Europe representative who arranged for a taxi to my hotel. My
appointment at the Vital Europe Clinic was 2.00pm on Wednesday 7 November 2012. I arrived at the dental clinic and I met with my
dentist who I saw for my first consultation in London, and she explained what was going to happen in the next couple of days. The
commutation was excellent. I was a very nervous patient and alone in Budapest. I had a bad experience approximately ten years ago.
I neglected my teeth. I used to hide my teeth and not smile and I was very nervous of what was going to happen. I wish I had the
cosmetic dental treatment done years ago. I highly recommend Vital Europe and I believe they are very good value for money.

Without doubt the most professional dental practice, expertly qualified dentists who are very good at what they do. From my initial
consultation in London with Dr Laszlo Pakozdy who offered an affordable plan based on what needed to be done, and also a plan based on
my financial ability that would tide me over till I could have the full set done. He also gives you the price comparison of what you
would pay in London! With the pricing so cheap i decided to have the recommended full mouth teeth and bite reconstruction. The
treatment I received on arrival in Budapest was without doubt the only pleasurable experience I had on a visit to the dentist chair.
The staff have such a natural friendly and polite nature they are very considerate of very nervous patients and displayed not just
with me but in the waiting room I witnessed how they treated everybody so well, calming and reassuring people and always with a smile.
Which I am sure is a large part of the reason of the success story of this company .I had a very bad experience as a child so I was
petrified of the chair. How silly I feel now at not having done this sooner. I felt absolutely no pain the end result of my full set of
new teeth is just amazing so much so I tell all my customers in my beauty salon and send many a client to Vital. No I don’t benefit in
any way by doing this but I know how important this issue can be for people and my clients so it gives me pleasure to know that they
will be getting the best dental care possible and more importantly affordable. If you’re in London drop in to my salon and I will
gladly show you my teeth. Don’t go to any other overseas clinic as Vital have a London based clinic for aftercare and checkups. Simon

With Vital Europe I felt in control throughout and not that the treatment was being inflicted on me. Right from the outset in the London
clinic, my dentist was charming with perfect English. He asked what I would like done & I in turn asked for any more suggestions. I
never felt I was being coerced, quite the opposite. We flew to Budapest, were met promptly at the airport & transported immediately to
our apartment; literally five minutes walk from the clinic. We were greeted by the friendly, helpful accommodation co-ordinator & shown
around the spacious, spotless apartment. The next morning we were welcomed by the caring, English speaking staff. Coffee was made for us
& whilst we waited for our appointment time, we could watch TV. & use the free Internet computer. The clinic is comfortably furnished &
airy with plenty of seating in the waiting rooms. In my first session I had two root canal treatments, which were then prepared for
crowns. Impressions were taken for 2 separate crowns & a three-tooth bridge. My dentist was efficient, meticulous, & considerate.
Afterward, we walked back to the apartment & rested for the afternoon. We then had four days to explore Budapest,just a short tram ride
into the centre. Fabulous! The only appointments I had to attend after the Monday morning were half an hour for a fitting on the
Wednesday morning early & one hour final fit on the Friday morning early. On Saturday our transport took us back to the airport in
plenty of time. We had nothing to organise ourselves I was comfortable throughout all the procedures & would most definitely go again.
The finished work is a joy to see! In this country my private dentist quoted £800 for one root canal & crown. At
Vital Europe I paid £1,460 for two root canal treatments, two crowns & a three-tooth bridge + two replacement white
mercury-free fillings. Plus we had a super holiday in Budapest with amazing economy flights with Easy Jet Give Vital Europe a ring. You
will speak to dedicated English speaking, knowledgeable staff in Budapest. Don t delay, you won t be sorry. I can t wait to go back
to Budapest!

I have had problems with my top teeth for many years due to bad dentistry when I was in my late teens. This culminated in me losing a
lot of teeth and having gum and bone loss. I hated wearing my dentures and was delighted that Vital Europe were able to do 8 implants
and then create a bridge. The treatment was very professional and all the staff were very pleasent and caring. I always felt that the
dentists knew what they were doing and felt "well looked after". I am delighted to have my smile back and feel so much more confident.

I cannot praise high enough, everything carefully explained start to finish and the treatment , organisation, and personel were charming
, efficient ,considerate and helpful. I have a fully restored smile, I can eat a crunchy apple again, I am thrilled with the result.
This was a leap of faith for me and I landed on my feet. All this and a chance to get to know beautiful Budapest.

18 months ago I got 4 implants fitted and 12 months ago a porcelein bridge was fitted. Also had new fillings fitted.I have had no
problems with my teeth since. The Admin staff in Budapest are brilliant who give excellent customer service. The facilities are
excellent. The work was done to a high standard. The dentists are very polite and considerate of your wishes. Clarify what and when
particular procedures will be done, as this will help you to get the most out of your time in Budapest

I came in April-May to Budapest for making crowns for 4 front teeth. I was a little nervous cause did not know if the Clinic could do
that I would feel completely happy. but they did it!.. I got new beautiful smile and now have no any troubles with smiling to everyone,
I am so thankful to the all stuff of Vital Europe. they are really professionals and the money is really worth doing it. Thank you all
guys. I will be happy to come to them when I need treatment again ;-)

I recently flew out to Budapest where I had a number of old amalgam fillings replaced with a mixture of crowns, white fillings & a
bridge to fill a gap where I had a tooth removed years ago. I also had my teeth whitened at their London clinic beforehand. The
standard of treatment was excellent & I'm very happy with the end result. The staff were friendly, professional & spoke excellent
English, whilst the facilities at the clinic were first class. I was also really taken with what a great city Budapest is, I was there
for just over a week & still had to leave without having found the time to see all I wanted to. This all added to the feeling that it
was indeed a holiday I was on rather than just a visit to the dentist! All in all they offer a great service in a great location &
offer great value, I thoroughly recommend them.
