I was nervous leading upto the treatment but as soon as I arrived at the clinic the lady that greeted me was so friendly and I felt
relaxed, the surgery turned out to be a whole lot easier and less painful than what I thought, I would recommend the hair palace to
anybody who's thinking of having hair treatment, a big thank you to Erika and the rest of the team. ????

Let me start by saying what a fantastic experience i had from start to finish 10/10. Luckily for me i have a twin brother and we decided
to have the treatment done together. here is what happened-The treatment started with a consultation in Manchester which was very
helpful and great that the clinic provided this. There was no pressure to book and hair palace was always on hand to answer any
questions we had. we was given 2 treatment plans and decided to choose the ones in which we would achieve the greatest density 5343
hairs. we booked the flights and waited instructions from hair palace. Everything ran like clockwork, we were greeted at the airport and
taken straight to our hotel courtesy of hair palace. We were taken to a 4 star hotel just on the outskirts of the city again courtesy of
hair palace, it was lovely and far better than i had anticipated the accommodation to be. Also been in Hungary it is much cheaper to eat
drink etc. The hotel room service for a fillet steak was only 7 quid and was top notch. Also my advice would be have breakfast at the
hotel it will fill you up and is good quality for the price again you can eat as much as you want. After breakfast You can walk to the
clinic but been in January it was very cold so we jumped in a taxi which again was not even 2 quid and took around 5 mins. When we
arrived, the building was quite posh it really was superb we went up in the lift and knocked on the hair palace suite door and was
immediately greeted by the Drs and Nurses that would be doing the procedure. it was a very warm welcome and there English was very good.
I have to mention the man on reception who was fluent in English he was brilliant through the whole experience we were both put at ease
instantly when entering. The nurses and Drs were all so friendly. Also The clinic is spotless, it was so clean and set up very very
professionally. We changed into procedure clothes and then selected our Lunch. There was Italian, English and Hungarian Dishes- spoilt
for choice and the food was again really nice. All staff on the day were always asking if we were ok and really did take good care of
us, during the extraction in the morning i even fell asleep. That is how relaxing it was. After the morning and Lunch we then selected a
movie to watch in the afternoon and completed day 1. Day 2 was an exact replica of day 1 and was just as good. I would genuinely go as
far to say we both thoroughly enjoyed the experience and couldn't find any negatives to even mention, even if i was
nitpicking…Nothing. even the post op treatment and contact from hair palace has been fantastic we are sending our pictures in as
requested and my new hairline is going to be amazing. I'm coming up to week 7 weeks post op and all implanted hair will be starting to
grow back very soon. All in all it was the best decision we made choosing hair palace, we saved thousands of pounds and enjoyed the
whole experience. Most importantly looking at the hairline that is about to grow back and with a guarantee if it doesn't you would mad
not to choose hair palace Budapest. Brilliant!!!thank you to all the team on the day at hair palace.Keep up the good work.

Would Just like to say, if anyone is thinking about getting this procedure done. my personal recommendation would be this clinic. The
service was 5* the cleanliness was 5* the arrangements and advice was 5*. as soon as i got there i felt so comfortable. it has defiantly
been worth it. i thought it was a really big thing getting this procedure done but it really hasn't been. its now 3 weeks post op the
clinic have been in touch a couple of times to ensure everything is going to plan. Everything is made so easy. wouldn't hesitate in
going back.

I had been researching FUE for around two years and watched a number of youtube videos over and over again. I had a few appointment
with UK companies and discussed FUE and strip method. I eventually decided to go with HairPalace one of the main reason was that they
provided me with two reference who I was able to speak to you over email. The two references helped answer my questions/concerns and
gave their experience with Hairpalace. On the day of my treatment I was very nervous and normally I am not a nervous person. I have
never had any surgery before and I believe this was one of the reasons I was nervous and plus the fact I was outside of the UK having
this procedure. Dr Ljuba Zsolnai carried out the procedure on me. Hair Palace provided a translator also so everything was clear
between me and Ljuba, however Ljuba english is fine as far as I am concerned and she and I was able to talk without any issues. Ljuba
has another talent which is her voice, which is very calming and after speaking to her I felt my nervousness slowly disappearing. It was
a long day however everything was better than I expected in terms of their professionalism/location and the building itself. I am
looking forward to the next couple of months to see the progress, and hope all at Hair Palace to keep up the excellent standards.

Extremely happy with everything the hair palace has done for me . I think 1 final procedure may be needed but we will see how this grows
back. I just want to take this time to thank everyone who worked closely with me as you made me feel so happy :-)

It's only one week so difficult to tell but it looks good and if it grows out as per the hairline areas done then should be great. I
had just over 7,000 hairs done over 2 days, not real pain whatsoever :) I will say that I have researched doing this for years, I have
homes in USA & UK, I visited several Clinics in both locations and can categorically state that this is the cheapest I have found, or I
should say Best Value for Money!! This even includes the blood test requirement which is an added cost, so just a question of time and
as they say, seeing is believing :)

This was my second time having a hair transplant through Hair Palace. I received the same great service as last time and they looked
after me during my time in Budapest. It is a lovely place to visit too. They communicated with me leading up to the operation and took
care of my needs during the two days that I had the surgery. I would highly recommend them. 5*

I am very happy to recommend Hair Palace in Budapest for three reasons. The first is that it proved good value for money. The second
is the actual clinic seemed very western Europe. The third is the Doctor who treated me was good at her job.

Fantastic service and experience , the clinic was state of the art and the staff were very professional and polite, I actually paid for
5000 grafts but they could only harvest 4034 due to this they refunded me without me saying anything! This is what I call HONESTY!!!! I
would recommend it to anybody, the operation performed by the doctor was with precision and I had it checked by a professional in the
U.K. And they was impressed! A*********
