We just got back from Zlin. I have to admit that I was skeptic about travelling to another country for medical care. I got on a forum
with other ladies who have been there and I felt better about going. From my first email to Ivona I was pleased! Her response were quick
and all my questions were answered. I would definitely go back and would recommend this clinic to anyone. Thank you Ivona, you are
awesome!

I hardly ever write reviews, but felt compelled to do it for this one because the procedure was so important to me. Unfortunately I
did not have the same overwhelmingly positive experience as other people seem to have done - here are a few comments: - initial
communications excellent, very professional. Co-ordinator spoke excellent English and seemed to be very knowledgeable although not a
doctor. - I made a visit to the clinic beforehand with my partner to sign the form. The initial visit seemed fine - was very
satisfied. Staff not overly warm but efficient and polite. - When I went for the actual treatment I was not so impressed. I was not
with my partner this time and I don't know if this had any bearing - I would like to say it didn't but I have had similar experiences
when alone at clinics in the UK, so it is quite possible. I understand the language barrier is an issue but I found the nurses a little
more brusque and as if I was being hurried constantly. - When my blood was taken it was in a room with other patients, which I felt
was a bit unusual for a private clinic. I did not feel there was any privacy. - Dr Milan was excellent - I felt I could communicate
well with him and that he had a very good bedside manner. Unfortunately every time I asked any medical questions or tried to swap
thoughts or medical knowledge the co-ordinator felt a need to intervene or hurry me. I was not taking up a lot of time and in fact they
were late for almost every one of my appointments. - I seemed to cause a big problem as my egg retrieval and embryo transfer fell at
the weekend. The co-ordinator was very keen to insist I took extra pill days and now I realise why - it was to fit in with their
schedule. Unfortunately my embryo transfer was delayed to day 6 even though it has a lower success rate just because there were
construction works and they didn't want to come in at the weekend! - I was told I could travel in between appointments or I never
would have done it. So I went on a rather long train journey. While away I started feeling a considerable amount of pain after egg
retrieval. It turned out it was nothing but I panicked as I felt it was unusually painful. When I phoned them I was made to feel a
nuisance for asking for advice and simply told they could do nothing. When I explained I did not want a diagnosis, just reassurance, I
was given limited reassurance and told I could not be seen when I came back on Saturday without being made to feel like I made a big
fuss. - On the day of the transfer, I was told off by a different nurse constantly as if I was a small child. It was very obvious
she didn't like me because I had annoyed her asking for advice while I was away. Her attitude was very cold and haughty. This upset me
as I was looking forward to the emotional moment of the transfer and in case I felt like I was back at school and at the mercy of
someone who didn't like me. - We parted fairly well and I thanked them for the medical care as the doctors seemed first class - and
the initial co-ordinator did make a gesture to show that it may have been a difficult experience for me - but all in all it was an
unnecessarily worrying time on top of something that was already very stressful. I did not feel the nurses had very good bedside manner,
some better than others. I do not want to name names as it does not seem fair. I did feel the attitude towards me changed after I
parted with the money and as my partner was not there. I honestly think they could have tried harder to make me feel more
comfortable. Waiting for the result now and hoping for the best. I won't be going back anyway as I had none to freeze. However, I
wouldn't completely slate it - doctors seemed to know their stuff and the language barrier was dealt with as best as possible, and many
people do seem to have a positive experience here. Just wasn't right for me.

My name is Ivona Joklikova and I am a coordinator at the Clinic of reproductive medicine and Gynaecology Zlin . I am responding to this review , because I was taking care of this patient. During her stay at the clinic I spend a lot of time with her and I explained the whole organization and answered all her questions. Dr. Milan Kovalcik was her treating doctor. He took very good care of her during the whole stimulation, he answered all her questions and the patient certified with her signature that all informations were explained to her in detail , she had a chance to ask questions and all her questions were answered completely and to her satisfaction. I think the main problem started when she decided to go to Russia after the egg retrieval. The patient was informed about all possible risks that can occur after the egg retrieval and was instructed that she needs to stay within our facility at least 24hours after the procedure. We also advised her that traveling alone shortly after the egg retrieval is not recommended. It was her own decision to travel. She started to have a big abdominal pain on the train to Russia. She called me and I recommended her to either return to our clinic , so the doctor can check on her or she needs to find a doctor in Russia who will check her health problems. She wanted to know what is wrong with her. I am so sorry but I can´t give response to this question unless the doctor examines her in detail. It is very sad that this patient wrote such review because we tried our best to take a good care of her and to achieved her dream. She underwent a succesful treatment in our clinic and she is pregnant now! We are very sorry that she had some negative feelings about our clinic, but from our point of view we treated her the same way as every other patient. From the initial contact with our co-ordinator, Ivona, on a Saturday evening (!) to approx. 9 weeks later when we left the clinic, we
were treated with absolute care, empathy and respect. All of the staff were impeccable in their approach and extremely professional.
Nothing was ever a problem and any slight alteration to required testing was accepted without challenge on the basis that we are
mature adults with freedom of will and a right to choose. An unbelievably refreshing change to the UK NHS!! From the reception
staff, clinical staff, Embryologist to the ObGyn undertaking the procedure, the care was second to none. We also stayed at the Hotel
Tomasov which is part of the clinic; I would strongly suggest doing the same. Although a little clinical upon first arriving, we soon
settled into a lovely, comforting environment, with a very handy and reasonably priced bar/restaurant on site. Open from 7am to
10pm. Following Embryo transfer I was taken immediately back to our room where we remained for the rest of the evening enjoying a DVD
and room service :-) When ready to return home we left the clinic feeling extremely relaxed, just as we would on holiday, along with
having enjoyed some fabulous sightseeing. Overall the experience was incredibly positive and happy, plus I am delighted to say,
successful :) We are almost 12 weeks pregnant and all scans show a healthy bouncing little baby with a strong heartbeat. The
provision of a specified IVF co-ordinator to each couple is inspired as the co-ordinator is a constant contact from initial enquiry up
to 12 weeks after leaving the clinic. She also provided us with any prescriptions we required in order to obtain medication from the
in-house pharmacy, in order to take home, and even visited us post ET to see how we were doing. Our co-ordinator was Ivona.

This clinic is amazing, right from initial contact, with our co-ordinator Ivona, everything couldn't have run smoother. All emails and
queries were answered promptly. Due to a change in circumstances, Ivona came and picked me up from the train station on a Sunday!! The
Hotel staff were also amazing and did everything in their power to make my stay as wonderful as possible. The clinic itself I couldn't
fault, the Doctors, staff and embryologists were wonderful as well. I have recommended this clinic and will keep doing so, even if my
outcome hadn't been a positive result I would have still returned to the clinic for another try, that's how much faith I have in what
they can do. From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much, and Ivona, thank you for your amazing support throughout :)

Wow, what a wonderful clinic. Right from the initial communications with our co-ordinator, Ivona Joklikova, we knew we had chosen a very
special clinic. We have been so well looked after, all questions, fears and worries resolved within hours, sometimes minutes with Ivona
straight on the phone to help. Communication was refreshingly simple and easy. The clinic was spotless, the all staff immaculate in
presentation and professionalism and the standards and performance were outstanding. This was our 6th cycle and 4th clinic, I only wish
we'd known about CRM Zlin sooner. I am now pregnant with twins. I can't recommend this clinic highly enough and Zlin itself is a lovely
place to visit.

After two unsuccessful attempts we had decided to try Zlin's clinic and from the first email we knew we are in the right hands. Russian
speaking IVF coordinator Angela who is very special and caring person, explained us everything from A to Z about the treatment. We were
looked after at every step and informed of every procedure. Hotel is in the same building with the clinic which was handy and we felt
very safe. All staff including nurses and other coordinators was extremely friendly. But the best thing that happened to us there was
that I finally got pregnant!!! We are truly thankful for everything clinic's staff had done for us - doctor Stanislav Los Chovanec is a
great specialist and outstanding person! I want to thank Angela who were nursing us like babies, giving us advices, answering all our
silly questions. I am happy I got to know these people and we are already planning to come there next year!!!

After struggling with infertility for many years in the US with six failed OE IVF attempts, we decided to travel to Zlin CZ to do IVF
with DE. We were extremely happy with the clinic and hotel. Our coordinator was Ivona Joklikova. Ivona was available daily to answer any
questions or concerns I had prior to arriving, while we were there, and after treatment. She was professional, knowledgeable, and
caring. We decided on Zlin because of the success rates and the cost. We compared it to the US and it was a fraction of the cost
including medicine and travel. The clinic is state of the art and modern, the Doctors are very professional, and the hotel and
restaurant are 5 star. The staff were all friendly and helpful and made what could be a very difficult time very comfortable. We really
liked that the hotel and clinic were attached and the staff made it so easy to go between. It is such a peaceful and comfortable place
to rest while going though treatment. We had decided if this cycle did not work or if we wanted another baby that we would go back
again because it was that easy and seamless. Luckily, we are now expecting twins and could not be happier. I highly recommend CRM in
Zlin. We had an amazing "vacation" and were able to see a part of the world that is beautiful and meet so many wonderful people and best
of all we came home with TWO souvenirs.

From the first email this clinic were professional, caring and thorough. The clinic itself is gorgeous and really state of the art. Zlin
is a beautiful place to visit and the people are so friendly. The treatment was quick, efficient and most importantly successful! (for
me and all the other girls receiving the same treatment at the time). I have recommended this clinic many times and would continue to do
so without hesitation.

This clinic is very special and our co-ordinator Ivona is an exceptional person. Without her support we would never have got through
the whole process. We had visited many clinics before we learned of CRM Zlin but I can honestly say that until we discovered this
clinic we had given up. As soon as we visited Zlin and met Ivona, we knew if we were ever going to be treated it would only be there
at CRM Zlin. The whole atmosphere at the clinis is one of warmth and professionalism. The Doctors, Embryologists and Nurses were
wonderful but as mentioned above, our biggest thanks goes to Ivona for her support empathy and understanding. She was always there to
help with worries, when we had nervous times she never judged or pressured but guided us. Thank you Ivona and CRM Zlin

Our coordinator was Ivona. She answered all my questions and explained everything patiently and with kindness. Everyone at the clinic
was very helpful. The doctor was excellent - very competent and the clinic itself is clean and modern. This was my first infertility
treatment of any kind and I was very lucky to have success on my first attempt, but I wouldn't have hesitated to go back for another
try. Yes Zlin might not be as convenient as Prague but it's well worth the short trip there to go somewhere with so many successes.
