Incredible! Great! Fantastic experience! I am a US citizen and have been 3 times to Costa Rica for dental tourism. This time I got a
better price through Prague Medica and so decided to see Prague and save some extra money. Long story short, wow Prague!! I spent a
week, and for 12 crowns and an extraction I spent 2 half days in the chair and the rest exploring one of the greatest cities in the
world. The dentist is super high tech. My 12 crowns were digitally created and were a perfect fit on arrival. For all dental tourist -
go to Prague Medica!! A very happy customer Mike

Travelled to Prague after filling in the relevant medical questionnaire only to find I was unsuitable for surgery due to the medication
I was on. Wasted 5 days off work, flight and hotel costs. Praga Medica took absolutely no responsibility for this even though the
responsibility to liaise any patient information was theirs. That's what I paid for. Massively let down.

Praga Medica relies on the accuracy of the information submitted in the medical questionaire in order to perform procedures. We do not speculate if a patient could have a specific symptom due to age, gender or other common factors or is on undisclosed medication which would not allow them to have a procedure. Our medical questionairre is extremely detailed for this purpose. We trust the information on the medical questionairre is accurate. We use this information to consult with our doctors about what procedure will be best, based on the information provided by the patient. There are rare occasions where a patient may not know he or she has a symptom which prevents the procedure from taking place until they are examined by a doctor in our clinic. We understand this is frustrating, and we always work with the patient to refund the payment, as the procedure could not be performed. Should the status of the sympton change, we are happy to reschedule the procedure. We stress that the preoperative exam is there for the continuing good health of our patients. In the event we find something that could even slightly affect the procedure, we discuss this at length with the patient. If there is the potential of a health issues in the future, we will not recommend the procedure. We genuinely care about the health of our clients, and will not risk their health in the name of profit.

We will be eternally grateful to the clinic, Lucie, Dr Alexander. We were extremely lucky to have been successful at the first treatment
with Praga Medica. We had other procedures in UK which were successful. Lucie's communication to us was prefect, reassuring,
compassionate, caring, we could not have asked for more. Dr Alexander is, by the evidence, very good at his job. A consummate
professional who knows his speciality very well and is able to put his patients at ease with clear explanations. We have two
gorgeous, very active boys who joined us earlier than expected. We have been busy since their birth due to their prematurity. Now, our
boys are thriving. They keep us very busy. They are wonderful. We love them so much. We have not forgotten though that all this
would not have been possible without the treatment with Praga Medica. Once again, we will eternally be grateful and keep up the good
work. You bring joy to people for who parenthood seemed an unachievable dream.

It is not possible for me to be happier with Praga Medica, the whole experience was very professional, communication, timescale, price,
process, professionalism and ultimately the end result. I was in Prague with my husband who was there for eye surgery and I mentioned
I had always wanted whiter teeth. He encouraged me to contact the dentistry team and they responded so quickly that I found myself
having a hygiene check the following day. The price was more than half that of the UK so I committed to having 20 new white crowns
fitted, 3 days later I left home with a with a beautiful new smile. There is nothing about the service, the staff, the process or the
outcome that I wouldn’t recommend.

First visit: Mar 2018. 2nd visit: April 2018. 3rd visit: Feb 2019 I think it's fair to leave my review here as I used this website as
part of my own research before making a decision. Before I visited Dr Teleshman (organised through Praga Medica) I hadn't visited a
dentist for around 30 years. First, I was scared of dentists due to poor dentistry experiences when I was younger. This fear then
turned to embarrassment which, in turn, became shame at the state I had allowed my teeth to get into. I had a number of broken teeth
and had also lost some fillings (fortunately mainly at the back so my front teeth looked OK on the whole). I decided I needed to do
something or risk losing all my teeth so I considered options and, after reading many reviews, decided to visit Dr Teleshman in Prague.
What a great decision. I visited Prague 3 times in 12 month, spending 5 days with Dr T in total. During that time I had 3 root canal
treatments, 3 extractions, 3 ceramic inlays and 7 crowns fitted. I also had a couple of black amalgam fillings replaced with white
fillings and, of course, I had my teeth cleaned. Treatment was a great success. I now have a far more confident smile with natural
looking teeth, not bright white and fake looking, although I'm sure that can be done if it's what you want. Also, I no longer suffer
toothache, which had previously been excruciating at times. I have completely lost my fear of dentists - Dr T at least - believe it or
not, I felt no pain throughout my treatments, although my jaw did ache from keeping my mouth open so long! One of the key factors
affecting my decision was the excellent communication with Praga Medica in English - I needed to be able to express myself and to be
understood. When I first visited Dr Teleshman I also found his English excellent, to a very advanced level, and he was able to explain
the treatments and available options in detail. I don't have much experience of dentists but I think Dr Teleshman must be a master
for what he achieved for me. If you are thinking about visiting a dentist in Prague I would say don't hesitate to contact Praga Medica,
they can even arrange airport pickup and hotel accommodation for you. I'm a pretty independent traveller so I didn't need this option
but it may be helpful for you to know. Also, Prague is a beautiful city and worth visiting if you have never been as I had not
previously. Thank you to Dr Teleshman, all the staff at Praga Medica and to beautiful Maria for looking after me and making me feel
so welcome and comfortable. A very good experience all round.....considering what it was! Note: the only reason I gave 4 stars for
patient communication rather than 5 was that the Praga Medica representative I was liaising with left the company between my visits and
failed to pass on all my requests. I'm sure that's rare.

My teeth were in terrible shape when I visited a top dentist in Burbank, California to begin the process of getting dental implants.
But after the first round of implants I realized the cost of the remaining work was far beyond my financial abilities, so I began
looking for alternatives. I found “dental tourism” implant services offered in several countries, but a lifelong fascination with
the Czech Republic finally made me decide to give Praga Medica a try. It’s a long trip from the west coast of the U.S. (where were
are constantly reminded that we have “the greatest health care in the world”) to the heart of the E.U., but the cost was so much
more reasonable than at home that I swallowed any anxiety and booked my appointment. I needn’t have fretted — from the beginning
the communication and care I received from Dr. Teleshman and his staff was exemplary. The facilities are first-rate and
state-of-the-art— pretty much exactly the same as in my madly expensive Burbank dentist’s office— and the experience from
beginning to end exceeded my expectations. On the last visit, when my five implants and single crown were installed, I was delighted
to have a full set of teeth which looked and felt perfectly natural, at a fraction of what they would have cost back in the U.S. And
with some of the money I didn’t spend on my teeth my wife and I were able to have a fantastic European holiday not only in beautiful
Prague but visiting several other cities. I’m grateful to Dr. Teleshman, Maria, Patrik, and all the Praga Medica staff who dealt
with me over the past year for providing such excellent care and making my dental odyssey such a happy success.

I needed two new crowns and after looking for quotes around London for a week I was not able to find any affordable ones. I looked
online to find treatments abroad, Budapest, krakow and Prague to see if it would be cheaper and I must say I was not disappointed. Then
I narrowed it down to Prague as I saw a lot of positive feedback from patients on praga medica. I got in contact with Jan asking all
sorts of questions, timing, price etc he was very helpful and was quick to reply back. After two weeks discussing dental work I flew to
Prague for my treatment. The receptionist, dentist and dental nurse were all very nice and friendly. They provided a break down on what
will happen each day, how long it takes etc.. I was not disappointed with the final outcome and i am very happy with the new new front
crowns that the dentist have made. I would highly recommend coming here for dental work as you will not be disappointed!

After reviewing several clinics and after a positive initial interview my wife and I decided to select Praga Medica for our IVF
treatment. They committed to work within our desired timeframes, to keep us informed every step of the way and to explain all our
options and risks, which was critical to us. So when we decided to advance our timeframe, we were delighted that as promised Praga
Medica was responsive and worked within our new time frame. The doctors were great and made sure we were abreast of what's happening
every step of the way. But the highest praise go to our Coordinator, Eliška Kalov, who went beyond the call of duty to make sure my
wife was okay. My wife develop OHSS and was in a great deal of pain because of this (while in Prague) and Ellie would check-in or
respond to queries on weekends or late hours. Even after her return to Manchester she still follows up to ensure all is well. If we had
any questions we knew she would respond in a timely manner and would coordinate with the doctors where necessary. It was a great
relief to know that there was always someone there to help when you had any questions, no matter how naive or complex. It made the whole
experience a lot easier. We have no doubt that we made the right choice when we selected Praga Medica for one of the most momentous
procedures of our lives. We would highly recommend Praga Medica.

We would like to share our experience with Praga Medica and the GEST clinic. We are 11 weeks pregnant thanks to GEST clinic and to
the coordination help of Veronika at Praga Medica. We got pregnant on our first attempt with Embryo donation after 14 years of trying
and 2 failed IVF attempts here is the US. We were a little concern with trying IVF abroad, but Veronica made us feel so welcome and
comfortable it made the decision easy. She was patience to explain and answer all of our questions and concerns about the procedures and
we are glad we did! We are Pregnant!! Our first visit at the clinic, Veronika was there waiting for me and my husband, and introduced
us to Dr. Alexander, who did the check at the clinic to make sure I was on track with and ultrasound and examination. He also took the
time to explain the next steps of my procedure, as well as finalized our paperwork and set up my medication. With Veronika’s help we
took advantage of the transportation package and the acupuncture package, which both made our procedure and visit so much easier. Just
note that when traveling from a far, with many connecting flights, make sure you leave plenty of time to cover delays. We missed one of
our connecting flights, due to a delay, and we had no way of contacting Praga Medica, who had already sent the driver to pick us up. So
we had to cover the extra charge of 30 euros for that missed pick up. But this was still worth it, as Praga Medica was still able to
rearrange a second pick up in the middle of the night. The second driver (Driver John) was so patience, and kind and had no issues
waiting for us at the airport. Prague is an absolutely beautiful city! Between the first appointment and transfer was about 8 days,
so we had plenty of time to explore this wonderful city. We never felt insecure or worried about the language barrier. The city is easy
to walk around with it’s many shops, attraction, and restaurants. Our Embryo transfer was preformed by Dr. Monika. She
transferred, 2 blastocysts embryos, with assistant hatching on both, with embryoGlue, and I got pregnant with a single baby. My husband
was also able to be by my side during the transfer, which was wonder for both of us. We would like to thank Veronika, Lucie, Praga
Medica, and all of the staff at GEST to help make our dream come true! We are very hopeful to see each other two more years from now to
try for our second BABY!

Myself and my husband travelled from Ireland to Praga medica for IVF treatment. We had been trying for a baby for 4 years , I found out
I needed egg donation and a friend of mine had twins from IVF through Praga. We contacted the clinic, Veronika was our treatment
consultant, she got back to me immediately, went through everything, set up initial consultation, we travelled to Prague where a taxi
met us at the airport took us to hotel and clinic, Veronika organized the hotel for us. Wheels were set in motion for us to have IVF
treatment in February. We went to Prague for 10days, we booked an apartment, we were given a Chech phone and again Veronika organized
lifts for us, making this stress free. Egg retrieval was done Friday of our first week and transfer the following Wednesday. The
clinic looked after everything for us, they are so professional and so caring. They want to help you have a baby. We did 4 pregnancy
tests this week and we are pregnant! The clinic give you the medication needed and go through everything with you. I would highly
recommend the clinic it is so much cheaper for egg donation than in Ireland
