Very efficient team in Tallinn, which made the whole experience for me much easier and worry-free. Dr Adamson is an excellent surgeon
and was available to answer all my questions and offer support and information throughout my hospital stay and via email afterwards.
Both the Health Clinic personnel (thank you, Maarja-Liisa) and the team at the hospital are very professional and efficient and they are
always available to answer questions or explain any unclear aspects of the procedure. The hospital itself is a modern, well-equipped
facility where I felt quite comfortable throughout my stay. The procedure itself was successful for me. One month later, I have
already lost about a third of the weight I wanted to lose and I am doing well. I am still adjusting to the new way of cooking and
eating, but I am sure the intra-gastric balloon was the best solution in my case and I am very happy I made the investment.

First of all, I have to give compliments to the clinic itself, it is very very clean, with general conditions that satisfied even me (my
criterias are the highest, I am very hard to please :) ). The big plus was that I had one room with toilet inside just for
myself. Also, I had a transport arranged after the procedure to the hotel, which was very helpful because I did not feel good that
day. Now, I have to give compliments to my doctor, Dr Adams, even though he was not communicative in particular, he is very
professional. I’ve realised that months after the gastric balloon procedure after I was reading various reviews from all around the
world and almost everyone has the discomfort and nausea months after the procedure. I did not have any side effect thanks to Dr Adams
who gave me the medicine I should take every day while I’m having the balloon. I was taking it every day until I forgot to take it one
day when I experienced all side effects. Also, the good thing is he gave me the supplies of that medicine for all the period I’m
having the balloon. Also, the clinc manager Maarja is very pleasent, she waited for me at the airport when I arrived in Tallin and
gave me all necessary information about the procedure and Tallin. The only minus goes to regular communication after the procedure,
no one wrote me to check up or to give some advices if needed, even though they said we will stay in touch every month to follow up my
progress. Last but not least, if you are planning to have gastric balloon insertion, do it in this hospital, their ratio of value for
money is really high according to my opinion, plus Tallin is very nice city. And, if you are intersred in results of gastric balloon,
I’ve lost 17-18 kg in 4 months, after that I am maintaining that weight even though I would like to go down for 5-8 more kg. I
would recommend The Health Clinic and Dr Adams to my friends.
