I had two extractions (requiring dental surgeon assistance) and three implants done. That required more than one visit to Krakow. Every
time Indexmedica staff was very helpful and professional. I was a bit worried about the possibility of pain involved due to extend of
the job required. It appeared that was completely unnecessary as the doctor always made sure I felt comfortable whatever procedure. I do
recommend.

The whole experience was good and the staff at Indexmedica were all extremely helpful. I would highly recommend Indexmedica to anyone
thinking about dental treatment abroad.

over all , very impressed with the whole experiance , found the place to be very clean , tidy , and organised , very good value
for money , was quoted over 8,000 for the work in uk , paid 2100 and that was for my flight and accomadation as well , so a huge saving
, what convined me , was dom littlewood going there , 10 out of 1o , from me

I had the most wonderful experience of going the the Dentist. I have been to many dentists in the UK and had lots of treatement in the
UK but nothing compares to the professionalism, care and quality of treatment I have had with Indexmedica in Krakow. Every single
person from front desk to the Dental Surgeons made me feel welcome, explained the full process of my treatment and worked around my
commitment dates. My accommodation and brief prior to travelling to Krakow was thoroughly explanined and this instilled lots of
confidence and no pressure was ever applied to force me to go for treatment. I cann't explain in words how pleased I am with the whole
experience of travelling to Krakow and visiting Indexmedica for my dental treatment - simply First Class. My sincere thanks go to every
person at Indexmedica. I thoroughly recommend this surgery. Cost is a bonus in comparison to UK treatment.

Excellent treatment carried out by very professional clinicians in a very well equipped clinic. All of the treatment from basic dental
work to Specialist endontolog to microsurgery is performed in the same clinic by a team of dental specialists who between them cover all
of the necessary disciplines. This allows the treatment to be carried out over a greatly reduced time period when compared to th UK and
for a fraction of the cost. Regardless of the cost saving I do not believe that the quality of treatment could have been matched in the
Uk

First of all the reason I chose IndexMedica was that out of the five clinics I chose they were the only ones to contact me directly over
the phone so I could get full details of the service they were able to offer me.Also I was offered a free consultation at their UK
clinic. I decided upon the level of information obtained that was not necessery and when I eventually made time to go I contacted them
and within one week I was in Poland.Travel to and from Krakow airport was arranged for me as was accomadation and all information as to
where to find the clinic was also provided. Within a couple of hours of arriving I was at the clinic and discussing my situation with
the Supervising dentist Krzysztof Gcoczowski.After a detailed discussion and a panoramic x-ray he was able to tell me exactly what the
problems could be and recommended I have a CT scan of my jaw structure to verify his findings.This was obtained at a hospital 5 mins
away.Within an hour I was back at the clinic and Krzysztof was able to verify his findings giving me information my orthodontist should
have told me when I was 12 years old and reasons behind why my teeth had been troubling me for nearly 25 years.He then drew up an
arrangement of treatment plans and sent me away to study them and decide what I felt was best for me at that time.Everything was very
easy to understand and individual prices for each treatment made very clear. The work was carried out straight away and because of the
severity of the situation Krzysztof thought it best to get as much of the preparation work done that week(16th-24th December).I'll admit
it wasn't easy,having had some very bad dentists at home in the past always made anxious,but everything was very comfortable,relaxed and
friendly,and all information laid out very clearly and concisely before and during every treatment.It was to my astonishment that as we
were talking just before I left on my last day that Krzysztof explained that if I had lived in Krakow the treatment could have taken up
3 months and he'd done it in 5 days and I hadn't felt any pain once and even having all that work done(which of couse is why I went) I
was still able to explore and take in one of the nicest cities I've ever seen. Suffice to say,i've been back for my second treatment
which was not so intense giving me more time to explore and am now the proud owner of 13 new porcelin crowns in my upper jaw meaning
that for the first time since I was a child,with two weeks work,I finally have a beautiful smile.I'm not afraid to admit when they gave
me a mirror at the end of my second set of treatments, I cried and laughed at the same time and Tomas my bridge/crown specalist told me
it was time to go out,have a good time and smile! (Did I ever!). I am just about to arrange my final week of treatment which involves a
combination of porcelin crowns, a bridge and an implanted bridge in my lower jaw,and I can't wait(I never thought i'd hear myself saying
that about a dentist). I've recommended IndexMedica to all my family and friends(and any stranger who brings up dentistry)and to
whomever is reading this.They have changed my life,given me back my confidence to laugh and smile and i'll never forget them for that
(aside the fact it is up to 60% cheaper than the UK!!!!!) The only problem is now I may have to go back to beautiful Krakow every 12
months for my checkup/cleaning session,how unfortunate I am (or alternatively I could go to Yorkshire,I don't think so)

I had been recommended to Index Medica by a family member and was not disappointed with the professional and caring service I received.
I had four implants and I am so delighted I will be returning later in the year to have two more. The dentist ensured I was free of pain
and took my husband's fear of dentists into consideration to the extent that he will go back for more treatment when necessary. Far
superior treatment to any that I have received in the UK over the past 40 years
