I had my first implant with Dr Mark Diacono way back in 1999 and am to this day extremely satisfied with it and also with Dr Diacono's
client-focused approach. I had no hesitation in going for a second implant at St James clinic in 2007-2008. In each case I
simultaneously had to have rather complicated orthodontic treatment. It is to the team's credit and thanks to Dr Diacono's expertise,
friendly collaboration and professional networking, that all treatments were monitored and completed successfully, all the more because
in the second case case I had taken up residence outside Malta.

A broken tooth could have spoilt my short holiday in Malta. I was seen as an emergency patient and thanks to the professional, friendly
attention and treatment at the dental unit of St. James hospital I was able to enjoy my holiday to the full.

I was at the dental unit at St. James hospital during my holiday. The dentists were very professional and friendly. The treatment was on
the same day of the call.

I avoided going to the dentist for quite a while when I was living in UK. So, in Oct 2010, I decided to sort my teeth out once and for
all. I chose St James Dental Clinic because they specialise in a technique that uses light sedation for nervous patients. I had my
first appointment to check what work needed doing and right from start, I felt comforted by the care and consideration from all the
staff I met. Some dentists I ve been to in the past have come across as abrupt and more focussed on getting you in and out of the chair
as quickly as possible. Dr Tim Briffa takes a totally different approach. He spent a lot of time talking to me about the work, the
sedation, the after-effects and the procedure itself. When the day came for the dreaded work to begin, the whole thing was perfectly
managed! This wasn t a minor piece of work but I was amazed at how little pain I felt. It sounds ridiculous but I have to say that I
really felt zero pain during the procedure and very little afterwards. It was worth every penny and I can t recommend them enough!
