Having previously been weary of having dental treatment abroad, I was extremely surprised to find how straightforward my treatment at
indexmedica was. It helped having initial appointment in uk (Wakefield). Following this I was sent two options by the Kraków clinic
of which I chose one. Flights were booked and dates for treatment set. I opted to stay in kraków for 10 days and Indexmedica even paid
for the hotel! This was an excellent hotel also. Treatment began an hour after I arrived, my dental surgeon was Sebastian and he
explained everything to me in great detail always offering me options to choose from but suggestions as to what treatment he would
suggest. I wasn’t aware of how many root canal treatments I would require but these were completed in the first few days then the
grinding started(too first) then fitted with plastic temporaries (which looked great and gave me an idea what finished article would
look like. There were days off treatment and nothing over the weekend so you get to explore kraków also which was amazing, a really
beautiful city with lots of history. The final veneers and crowns were fitted to top and then bottom started following the same
process at for the top. I finished on time with an amazing set of teeth! This was a truly amazing experience and I would like to thank
all the staff there and especially Sebastian for his reassurance and guidance. I would recommend Indexmedica to anyone they are totally
professional and excellent at what they do, I would go as far as to say it’s the best dental experience I’ve ever had and I ended up
with what I’d dreamed about for over 30 years.

Really friendly, professional staff. Excellent English. Superb care by the hygienist, so caring and no pain at all during the deep
cleaning work. Very professional work by the Dentist undertaking the Implants, efficient and swift.

A good outcome with friendly, professional and informative staff mostly with excellent English. Krakow being such an attractive city
added to the experience.

I had major work carried out at Indexmedica in Krakow over a 2 year period,initially I was a bit wary, however I quickly came to realise
that they were professionals in the dental field, I had 9 Implants, 8 root canals treatments and bone augumentation in the jaw among
other things, the finished work was 1st class and throughout the time I was treated, I was always treated courtesously,and with respect,
the clinic staff are very pleasant, and you are always made to feel welcome,and after the first visit or two it was like visiting old
friends, I would highly recommend Indexmedica in Krakow and a big thanks to Marta and the team

I attended the clinic a number of times during my two visits to Krakow . On each occasion I was impressed with the level of
professionalism, the hygiene standards and friendliness of Indexmedica staff. I have no hesitation in recommending this dental clinic
and the added bonus is Krakow is a nice place to visit.

The first I learned that I needed implants was around 18 months before this final stage. During a routine check, initial signs of a
problem were detected. In the UK this wouldn't have come to light until toothache, or similar, would have caused the need for further
investigation. The visit in July was the final treatment and the implants put into place. I can't praise highly enough the quality and
professionalism of the staff and the hygiene of the surgeries. The implant process isn't instant but the time allowed for the healing
of various stages is not to be hurried. I'll be returning to the clinic for regular check-ups as I trust them implicitly and won't
hesitate to recommend them.
