I can but only say good things about my experience with Praga medical. Everybody was very efficient and know what they were doing. The
result is amazing and I could read the small print the day after each eye procedure. What was very helpful and took the stress out of
the whole thing was been collected at the airport and taken your hotel and then the taxi took your appointment each day and they
included a mobile phone so if I had any problems I could ring them. I found Monika to be very professional and had great patience any
time I contacted her with my quiry. The procedure itself was almost pleasant as there was so little discomfort. All in all I would
highly recommend Praga Medical Center to all my friends and anybody who might be interested.

Very well organised clinic. Petra was incredibly helpful and reassuring. I had the operation performed by Dr jiri padera and was done
within an hour. I have recently removed the bandage and am very happy with the results.

After 6 unsuccessful cycles of NHS ivf in the U.K. My husband and I decided to try Praga Medica. We booked first consultation for
January and were seen for transfer in march we were so happy about the speed of the process. Our Prague contact veronika was brilliant
at sorting everything and keeping us informed of what was happening. The transfer was much easier than the U.K. You did not need a
full bladder and you rested for 30 minutes after which I liked. I could not be happier that we chose praga Medica and I am now 12
weeks pregnant. Thank you for making our dreams come true.

My brother and i recently had eye lens replacement surgery in Prague, by Praga medica/duovize clinic. the whole experience was so easy
and straightforward, and well planned out. We stayed in Prague for 6 nights, arriving on Monday, on Tuesday we had an eye examination,
Wednesday we had first eye lens replacement surgery, Thursday we removed eye patch and had eye examination to check everything was ok,
Friday we had same surgery on other eye, Sat again, we removed eye patch and had examination again, then Sunday we flew home armed with
3x small bottles of eye drops to use over the next few weeks. the staff were great,Monica and Katerina. Jana (treatment abroad
consultant) and Anna (treatment abroad coordinator), all medical staff and of course the surgeon Lubomir Tovarek, who spoke good English
and talked me through the entire procedure as it was happening and really puts you at ease. the surgery itself, honestly is not
painful at all, we opted for the laser to be used, which you have to pay more for, but is safer and more accurate. You are given a
series of eye drops prior to surgery to numb the eye and dilate the pupil, all you really feel is the slight pressure of the laser eye
cap holding your eye still we stayed at the Ibis Praha hotel Wenceslas, which was literally a 3 min walk to the eye clinic to have
the eye tests done, the clinic where we had the actual surgery is literally next door, to the right of the hotel, so the location was
perfect if you don't mind staying in a relatively basic hotel, although the Novotel hotel is also next to ibis there. so ideal for us,
we had return flights from Edinburgh, 6 nights in a hotel and eye lens replacement surgery with the better Trifocal lenses (which
optical express don't offer) and for less cost than having the procedure at home in the UK.... And of course, a holiday in the
lovely/historic city of Prague. Perfect.

We had a fantastic experience in Prague with both Praga Medica and the Gest Clinic. Veronika was always available for any kind of help
and question (also for silly questions!). If you have any doubts we strongly recommend to work with them, very professional and to the
point. The help provided by Praga Medica is unquestionable and very useful when adventuring in unknown territory. This was our first
experience with IVF or any fertility treatment and even though we were scared at the beginning, soon we found confidence and
clarity. Thank you very much to all the ones who were there for us: Veronika, Dr Alexander and Dr Polakova.

The service at Praga Medica was excellent from start to finish. I was met at the airport by John who took me to the hotel who who was
also very helpful.Then on day of surgery I was met by Monika who took me to the clinic.. I was then introduced to dr Pilka who explained
everything before during and after the surgery. Iwas also taken back to hotel organised by Jana. Next morning I was met again with Jana
to get a check up Everything was done professionally.. I also had a phone to use incase of an emergency which put your mind at rest.
Everybody was extremely helpful and organised. Overall a great service.

I had trifocal lens replacement on march 8th 2017 and the other eye on the 10th march, I am now home and so far so good im writing this
report on my phone without glasses , something 3 weeks ago i wouldnt have been able to do. My eyes, are still very sensitive to bright
lights and the sun , but i was told about that, so no probs , the operation only takes 15 mins each eye done alterate days then you have
to put drops in for about 5 weeks in all this is to stop infection. I have been home a week and a half now and i am very pleased with my
treatment and everything praga medica did for me from the booking to the flight home , they had everything arranged like clockwork. I
wouldn't hesitate in recommending praga medica for their 1st class treatment which I received from them !! Great thankyou

I got picked up from airport taken to hotel, got met in the morning by Petra only had to walk across road and we was there 2 nd floor
opened the doors I was amazed how beautiful it was and all the staff are beautiful and friendly, Petra stayed with me so I understood
everything I had all the tests to make sure I was fit for op, every thing ran smoothly they look after you from start to finish, even
arranging your checkup appointment Petra met me next morning to walk me back to the hotel. An AMAZING experience wish I hadn't left it
this long to do
