We brought our normally smiley baby into the royal artemis medical centre on Sunday 15th may 2016 as she just wasn't right. She was in
pain and had a horrendous cough, her eyes were heavy and she had her nose was streaming. There was a brief wait (no more then 20 minutes
and the staff were apologetic even though that wait is nothing compared to the wait we would have in the uk) for Dr Tommy the
paediatrician to come. He arrived swiftly and examined my daughter. My daughter is only 7 months old and she was admitted overnight to
have nebulisers. The care we received from Dr Tommy, the nurses and the rest of the staff was incredible. I wish I could take the staff
and put them in my local hospital back home. They were so attentive and made me feel at ease with my daughter. One nurse came and took
my daughter to see all the other nurses, they all managed to get my little girl.to smile and made me proud.
More importantly after 24
hours my daughter had improved enough to be discharged with some medicine to enjoy the rest of our holiday. Within a few days she was
back to herself and I have the staff at the royal artemis medical.centre to thank for this.
I really wish you could all come.and work
at our local hospital
Thankyou so much
