I would highly recommend Piestany Clinic and am so pleased I chose them. All the staff are very friendly and helpful and highly
professional. I had 8 implants and 32 crowns and made 4 visits to complete my treatment. On each visit I was picked up from the airport
and taken to my accommodation and was taken back to the airport for my return flight home. I did on one occasion fly out and come back
the same day. I would recommend that when you are having implants to stay as although the treatment is pain free you can encounter some
pain later on when the injections wear off. Dr Marek is brilliant, explains all the treatment and on two occasions when I experienced a
problem when back in the UK personally telephoned me at home. I did return to the clinic with an infection/root canal problem a month
after my treatment had finished, as although I consulted my local dentist, I returned to Piestany clinic as the treatment there is far
superior compared to the UK and given the choice preferred Dr Marek to carry out the work which he did free of charge. I paid in total
around £9,700. I didn't get a quote here in the UK but I am sure it would have cost around £25,000
to £30,000 . The cost of one implant at my local dentist is from £2,100 and this is without the
cost of the implant crown. I am extremely happy with my new smile and wish I had thought about it years ago instead of putting up with
false teeth. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending the clinic. So If you are considering making a trip abroad for treatment this is the
clinic to choose. You won't regret it.

I had 9 zirconia crowns done by Dr Marek Salka. He is a really lovely man and did a fabulous job. I asked for natural looking teeth
(didn't want them so perfect shaped they look like dentures) and I got exactly what I asked for. He is a very skilled and patient
dentist and I would recommend him to anyone. The overall 'holiday' was great too. Lovely town, nice apartment arranged by Daniel and all
the staff, especially Phil and Monica were fantastic. Thanks so much again.

I did lots of research into going abroad for treatment after being quoted highly in the UK. Lukas collected us at the airport and showed
us where the clinic was and took us to our apartment (which was very spacious and clean). Morning appointment with Dr Marek whereby
x-rays and photos were taken and my treatment discussed. My fillings were changed and quotation for 10 bridges given. (Much lower than
the UK!!!). All treatment was quick and painless. The clinic is modern, clean and most of all the staff really take care of your needs.
I am planning to return at the end of the year and would like to thank everyone for making my trip worthwhile.

I was so impressed with the experiance. Everything from being collected from and then returned to the airport by the clinic. The whole
operation is run as if it is seamless with no delays. The staff are very very friendly and helpfull. What did really impress me was the
fact that the dentist, who I spoke to on the satuarday evening, was willing to come in on his day off which was a sunday, especially to
see me if the discomfort I was feeling, as a result of some fillings, had not subsided. Then to receive a phone call from him in the
morning to check on me was most appreiated. The discomfort was indeed passing. As far as the costs go, I had a consultation here in the
UK before I decided to travel overseas and was quoted £5500 and there would of been extra costs added also because we
all know the first price is just the starting price. I managed to do everything and more (the fillings) including the flights for
£2500, BARGAIN.. I would reccomend anyone who is thinking about treatment here in the UK to STOP and think about
traveling here to have the work done. I did and will not look back with any regrets AT ALL. Thank you.

have just returned home after my third visit to Piestany clinic, have had eighteen crowns done in total which is more than i planned to
have but the quality of Mareks work prompted me to get as much done as i could afford. Great staff put me at ease as i was a very
nervous patient[who isn't]. The clinic is immmaculately clean and everything is taken care of in a friendly and professional
manner. Piestany is a lovely place ,i would like to visit in the summer though as it was very cold last week,prices in shops and bars
,cafes,etc are much cheaper than the UK.I am now saving to go back next year to comlete my smile.

I would recommend anyone requiring dental treatment to use the Piestany Clinic . I had 5 white porcelian fillings on my upper front
teeth which look and feel fantastic .Dr Marik explains the treatment in detail and there is no pressure to have any treatment you dont
feel comfortable with .I went with the intention of having crowns fitted which my dentist said was the only option Dr Marik examined my
teeth and said I didnt require expensive crowns the fillings would be suitable saving me quite a lot of money these guys are fanfastic

I was slightly nervous about going abroad for dental treatment, but my worries were forgotten the moment i arrived. I was collected at
the airport as promised, and taken directly to Marek to discuss treatment which began that day after many photos and x-rays and lots of
talk (he asked me what i wanted out of the treatment, this would never of happened in England). I had a number of crowns and bridges
fitted over a three month period, which I feel has changed my whole life, and wish that I had had the courage and knowledge many years
ago to travel abroad.

When two dental crowns I'd had for a number of years fell out for the third time, my local dentist advised me that my alternatives were
a denture or dental implants. The cost of implants in the UK is astronomical. I'd heard about much cheaper treatment in eastern Europe,
so I searched the internet. After receiving information from a few dental practises, I chose Piestany Dental Clinic. From the first
advice I was given before any arrangements were made, I was extremely impressed by the professionalism and attention to detail from the
staff at the clinic. I could not believe everything could run so smoothly! I arrrived at about 10pm on a Friday night and there was
someone to collect me at Bratislava airport. I was then taken directly to my apartment (a 40-minute drive). The following morning I was
collected for an 8.30am appointment and taken to the surgery. I had expected to have a meeting witn Dr Marek, then return that afternoon
for my treatment. I was pleasantly surprised when, after a short consultation with Dr Marek, he was able to tell me exactly how he would
be able to help me. Within half an hour I was in the chair having two implants. I was equally impressed with the surgery, which was
performed under hospital standard hygienic conditions. After my surgery I was driven back to my apartment, then when I was due to go
home, I was collected in plenty of time to catch my flight back to London. As my implants were in my upper jaw, I had to wait six months
for them to heal, after which time I made two further visits to Piestany to have impressions taken and preparation for the three crowns
I was to have. I can say with all honesty, during the whole of my treatment I felt absolutely no pain and the organisation of the clnic
was excellent. Everything went as planned with not a single hitch. I am extremely pleased with the outcome and am truly totally pleased
with my new smile. On top of all this, when I take into account three trips to Slovakia by air, accommodation, two dental implants,
three dental crowns, plus a visit to the clinic's hygienist, I still paid only 25% of the cost I would have had to pay in England for
two implants and three crowns. I am therefore a totally satisfied patient!

I have had numberoues treatments in the UK since i was a child and the clinics, dentists and treatments have not been a patch on Dr
Malik and Daniel Shaw. I travelled alone to Bratislava and was immediatly collected from the airport and taken to Piestany by Paulo who
was friendly and kind. I did not feel at any point that i needed to worry. The clinic was clean and modern and i was greeted by Daniel
on arrival. Both Daniel and Dr Malik invited me for lunch before my treatment, as i was on my own. The advice and subsequent treatment i
recieved on my teeth was excellent, there was no pressure to have more expensive treatment. My second visit was just as welcoming and
positive. My smile is amazing, even now after 3 months, people who i see everyday comment on how wonderful my teeth look and how much
more i smile. I have recommended this clinic to family and friends and if i ever need more work carried out i will visit Daniel and Dr
Malik. Do not hesitate with this decision, it will be worth it! Kate
