The Gastric Balloon it was as I expected. Truly helps to loose weight but it is not an easy way. The clinic gave me all the information
and support, they are excellent in every possible way. The clinic it is very comfortable, clean and modern. The staffs are very
attentive and happy to help. From the moment I arrived and leaving I was looked after..My stay in the clinic and after was great...love
the city and the apartment they provided were spacious and modern. The most important thing I lost near 20 kilos during the 6 months and
if I was more disciplined I could loose much more. I can not thank enough the clinic and would highly recommend them to all. Now
planning to do my plastic surgery at the end of this year!

I would recommend Mediczech anyone who was considering cosmetic surgery in Prague. I have used them 3 times in 3 years and I can't
fault them. The communication is excellent, everything runs smoothly and to plan. The clinic facilities are superb and the staff on
site are so helpful. Dr Martin Skala is excellent. I stayed 2 nights in THREE CROWNS hotel and one overnight in the clinic. I had a
Superior room booked at the hotel, it was very modern and clean, I was happy throughout my 4 day visit.

Staff was very helpful & friendly explaining every process to detail, hospital was clean and comfortable and I lost 2 stone so I'm very
happy, was worth it, 5 stars.

From the first email and consultation to the current emails following up my treatment, the service has been exceptional. I wanted to
improve the look of my back. I carried pockets of fat around the lower shoulders/bra area, sides/flanks and hips. Reducing the fat in
these areas was my first goal. To have a defined waist from the behind view was my aim. I list the following positives. I have no
negative comments to make *on line consultation, informative and detailed. *precise details emailed regularly, no detail was missed.
*transport and timings accurate. *interpretor on hand 24/7 in person and also on the phone *luxury hotel accomodation in
Prague *thorough tests and examination pre operatively *surgeon, consultation on the day explained everything no answered all my
questions. Spoke very good English *i asked for additional treatment to my arms/bingo wings and chin. The surgeon agreed to the arms
but said no to my chin. Ethical. YES! I am so pleased with the entire experience that I am now planning another trip next summer to
have a chin and neck treatment.

I took the package price which included all taxis and hotel accommodation. And so far cannot fault the service i had received. From my
initial enquires i received a consultation and quotation, at no point was there any hard sell, Tina (CS Manager) provided detailed
information whilst being friendly. A week before the Op i was sent a final itinerary and the name of my liasion (Eli). Once i left
the plane my car was waiting for me and duly took me to the hotel, i had received a text from Eli whilst i was in transit, and she met
me at the hotel about 15 minutes after i had checked in, she went over everything in detail but was down to earth with perfect
English. I enjoyed the day to myself to reflect and keep calm. 6.45am the following morning the taxi picked me up to take me tothe
clinic, after a few forms to fill in, i was seen by the preop nurse who undetook checks (ecg bloods etc). by about 7.20 i saw the
consultant and by about 8am the internest doctor. By 9am i was in my room getting ready for surgery, Eli had been with me throughout
both answering questions and translating to some of the nurses who do not speak English. I was told i would be 2nd in. At about 10am
a nurse came in and gave me my premeds, 20 minutes later i was off to the operating room. Now i wont knock the NHS but what they had
there was seriously state of art. The sliding contraption to get you on a sterile operating trolley was a ride in itself! Next thing
i knew i was back in recovery and then back to my room to recover. Nurses came in at decent intervals but were always available when
needed. All staff were extremely friendly and communication was perfect. The following day both the surgeon, Tina and Eli popped in
and visited, and the nurse who was on shift popped in to say she was going. Taxi took me promptly back to the hotel, where they advised
the staff i was not to carry my luggage so they did all that for me. The following day i had to pop in for a checkup which was swift
again all taxis provided. The hotel (3 crowns) was perfect and in a quiet area with a nice outside courtyard. Finally the taxi
came to pick me up and take me back to the airport, again he carried the luggage into the terminal for me. Overall a faultless and
perfect experience. The reason i have not given 5 stars to the outcome is only because im 4 days post op and wont know the final results
until about 3 to 6 months time, but im happy so far. You wont find a better place and definetly are in safe hands

Well from the start to the end the PR service of Tina was excellent, always attentative to answer any questions and explained so well
that we were confident. Off course I had a friend that did a similar operation the previous year and having a recommendation always
helps. From arrival and pick up at airport to take us to accommodation, next day the doctors appointment and off course the operation
and after service, Dr Martin was fantastic too. WE recommend and hope to go back to do other things in the future. Off course the
combination of visiting this beautiful city of Prague is also so attractive, THANK YOU MEDICZECH thank you Tina

I have been to Czech Republic for cosmetic treatments with Mediczech on 2 occasions now, I have been very impressed on both occasions
with the high standards of care and attention I received. In particular at my last visit in June this year, I was a little nervous as it
was a different surgeon but I had no need to worry. He was wonderful and I would say even better than the previous surgeon! I felt
no pain or hardly any, yes it was a nuisance wearing the garment but it helps with swelling, the incisions made have left no scars and I
am delighted with the results.... All Mediczech staff were excellent - attentive throughout and made me feel I was in very safe
hands. I would happily recommend them.

The staff are wonderful especially karolina my guide. The hotel was nice, food good. All services they provided were first class.
Most importantly my results from my brests lift and implants are amazing !!!!! (Thank you very much ) :) :)
