From my arrival to Istanbul to my departure, the team took proper care of me and my partner. The patient care is excellent, the nursing
team did a good job, the surgeon Dr Murat explained every step from pre op assessment to post op. The treatment abroad team and Zahid
were always ready to pick calls and answer questions even at odd hours. The hotel was perfect. The actual surgery was successful and
healing was great. Good value for money. The only slight disappointment was the language barrier. I will recommend this team anytime.

Experience from start to finish was quick and efficient. Plenty of communication throughout and surgeon in Turkey was fantastic.
Transitions and transfers well organised. Hospital was 5* and hotel was great too. Zahid touched base throughout and afterwards and
walkways felt like a I had point of contact . So glad I’ve had it done

I did a lot of research into selecting my treatment and received many various quotes and such variations about the finer details. After
speaking with Zahid at Right Choice, I was impressed with his communication and his attention to detail outlining the package of my
treatment plan. I asked so many questions as I am a very stressful and anxious person. Zahid answered all of them and was so patient
and reassuring making me feel confident that my surgery would go to plan and I would be in capable hands. Going abroad is daunting, but
I can not fault the trips itinerary. It was spot on and covered every single point. From the moment I landed in Istanbul I was escorted
like a VIP. The hospital was clean, professional and the quality of service was friendly and helpful. I met with the Surgeon in the
morning face to face as I had only had a zoom meeting prior to this and the surgery went ahead. The team of Dr Karaaltin’s surgeons
are really capable and you feel safe with them. The aftercare was very good from the nurses and to the surgery staff, they were their to
make you feel cared for. Doing this alone was even harder and more worrying, however the assistance provided during the surgery and the
week was so accommodating and really impressive. Just like every surgery, I expected a lot of pain and a long tiring recovery, but I
was well looked after. The hospital was perfect, the hotel was super. Language is always a barrier, but that is to be expected abroad,
yet every individual tried to help in one way or another and were friendly. The point of contact I had in Istanbul coordinating my
plans, was the most friendliest lady I have ever met, with so much compassion, care and adaptability. She saw to my every concern and
accommodated me superbly. She’s actually now a friend I will cherish.., Zahid was always keeping in contact and checking I was
okay. If you’re going to have surgery you can be totally assured that Right Choice is the company you want to use for the trip
programme. They treat you like a VIP and anyone going into surgery needs that attention and assurance. Thank you for your brilliance
Right Choice, you were amazing throughout.

For several years it had bothered me that my right ear protruded far more than my left. I eventually grew tired of sticking the ear back
with cosmetic glue and decided to opt for a more permanent solution. Cosmetic surgery seemed to be the best option, although the
average UK price of around £2700 was very off putting. After I denied an offer to have my surgery done in Liverpool, Right Choice UK
offered to fly me to Prague instead, with accommodation and flights included, where I could have the surgery done for just £1650!
Saving a grand and getting a free holiday was enough to convince me to go ahead with the procedure. I expected to be placed on a long
waiting list, however less than a week after i gave the go-ahead, I was on the plane to Prague. I met with the surgeon Dr. Patrik Paulis
who was very friendly and explained the details of the surgery and aftercare very well. I couldn’t believe how quick the surgery
took, only about 30 minutes, with no pain and little discomfort (besides the local anaesthetic injections of course). 3 days and 2
checkups later I was back home in England. I’ve been wearing the provided headband since the surgery to support the healing of my
ear. I only have a few days left until the 2 weeks required to wear it are over.

After a lot of years being self conscious with my breast’s & ALOT of research I came across Right Choice Home & Away UK and they were
perfect for what I was looking for, obviously I would stress to anyone to please do your research and make sure you are 100% happy and
comfortable with your decisions. The care I received from every person I came into contact with not only from Right Choice, but to
hotel staff - recommended by Right Choice, to the staff at the hospital. Zahid offered constant communication and support before,
during and after (still to this date check ups on me) via WhatsApp. The hospital was the best hospital I have ever stayed in & have
no faults what so ever they not only accommodated myself but also welcomed my mam and were excellent with her during the nervous time
for her. The hotel stay was fab & everyone catered to my needs very well. The whole company and team are amazing at their jobs &
I wouldn’t go anywhere else in the future.

Done the treatment with right choice, very good totally satisfied and after care and meeting with Doctor M Karaaltin was very
satisfactory. I would definitely recommend it for any treatment.

I was hesitant to start with, about going abroad for this operation, but since the cost was reasonable and I trust Zahid Hamid/Customer
Relations and had previous operations both in the UK and abroad, I trusted him. Plus I checked the Surgeon details which reassured me of
his qualification and years of experience in this field. Mr Hamid booked my flight, transfers to and from the airport and stay in a
grand hotel for 3 nights after the operation. Staff spoke English and were truly lovely. Surgeon very polite and courteous and had time
to talk with me. The female Director of the hospital was present when I was seen by the Surgeon before and after the operation. Medical
staff were very thorough prior and after the operation. All went well, I lost weight and reached my target within 4 weeks after the op,
and changed bad habits of a life time and doing well after a weight battle of 27 years and trying several weight loss options including
having a gastric band, and appetite suppressants! I now feel good about myself and comfortable in my clothes and down to size 10 from
size 16+ This is one of the best decisions I have ever made and stand on the scales daily to reassure myself of what I have achieved.
